Returns details for the primary/dominant financial institution

Lyons Commercial Data provides real-time access to the iBankRegistry database via XML-based Web Services hosted in a secure and fully redundant data center, these services provide developers a seamless link to vital transaction processing information. Applications accessing Lyons routing number Web Services utilize Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) to process information requests to and from Lyons servers via https for SSL encryption.

This web service returns a single, primary financial institution with detailed information for a submitted 9-digit bank routing number.

Function Calls Supported:

• Logon - logon to the service.
• Required Logon - has the session expired?
• Boolean ValidateABA (string token, string aba) - Validates the bank routing number against the mod-10 algorithm.
• Boolean VerifyABA (string token, string aba) - Determines if the routing number is present in the Lyons Bank Routing Number Database (Meter is charged).
• GetPrimaryBankXML (string token, string aba) - Returns the main, primary or dominant financial institution associated with a bank routing number (Meter is charged). To return all financial institutions, see GetBanksFullXML.
• Logoff - Log out user.
